The Bellevue Light Rail Shuttle will feature free, electric shuttle vans, including the new Volkswagen ID. Buzz vehicles. These dedicated shuttles will be staged as trains arrive in Bellevue, helping riders continue their trip from the station to their destination with ease.

Who can use the Light Rail Shuttle?

Is the shuttle really free?

Yes. All rides are complimentary. You can tip the drivers if you prefer, but it is not a requirement.

Do I need to download an app?

No. The Bellevue Light Rail Shuttle does not require an app.

Where do I board?

Board at the designated shuttle staging area outside Bellevue Downtown Station.

What if there isn't a shuttle in the staging area?

The shuttles are circulating and dropping off other riders. Please be patient and another shuttle will come to the staging area within 10 – 15 minutes.

Where can the shuttle take me?

The shuttle serves destinations throughout Bellevue's Downtown Core within the designated service area. The Bellevue Light Rail Shuttle can only drop off riders within the geofenced area. Riders could consider being dropped off in an area that is closer to their final destination, but shuttles cannot deliver outside the map.

How do I get back to the Light Rail station?

Please book a FREE ride on a Bellhop. The Bellevue Light Rail Shuttle does not provide return trips to the Downtown Bellevue Light Rail Station. For the Bellhop service riders need to download the Ride Circuit app and book an on-demand ride.

Can I book an on-demand shuttle pick-up?

No. Riders will need to go to the staging area and request a ride from the driver. There is not an app to book an on-demand ride. For an on-demand ride, please use BellHop. You will need to download the Ride Circuit app and book an on-demand ride. Click here for more Bellhop information.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! We love having pets along for the ride but welcome them at the discretion of each individual driver and the other passengers in the vehicle. Please speak with your driver when they arrive to confirm it is acceptable and remember to follow this pet etiquette:

• Pets are not allowed on seats

• Your pet must stay on your lap or on the floor between your legs at all times

• Pets must remain inside the vehicle at all times

Can I bring luggage?

Yes. Riders traveling with luggage are welcome, subject to available space.
