1. SPONSORSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY
The Visit Bellevue Aspire Sweepstakes – “Find Your New Vue in Bellevue” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered solely by Visit Bellevue Washington (“Sponsor”), 11100 NE 6th Street, Bellevue, WA 98004.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Visit Bellevue Washington, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any individuals or entities directly involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Hyatt Regency Bellevue, Alaska Airlines, The Bellevue Collection, and Bellevue Airport Shuttle are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration, winner selection, or fulfillment except to the extent they separately provide goods or services purchased by Sponsor.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on the date the Sweepstakes is first published, June 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received before the Start Date or after the Sweepstakes Period has ended will not be eligible.
Sponsor’s computer system shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must:
- Subscribe to Visit Bellevue Washington’s Aspire email newsletter through the designated Sweepstakes entry form; and
- Complete the double opt-in confirmation process by clicking or otherwise completing the subscription confirmation sent to the email address provided at the time of entry.
An entrant will not be considered officially entered until the double opt-in process has been successfully completed.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
The use of automated entry devices, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools designed to generate entries, entry services, agencies, or any other automated or fraudulent method of entry is prohibited.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or entry Sponsor reasonably believes violates these Official Rules, contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information, was generated through automated or prohibited means, attempts to circumvent the one-entry limitation, interferes with the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise acts in an abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.
4. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded by Visit Bellevue Washington and consists of the following goods and services purchased or arranged by Sponsor:
- $500 Alaska Airlines gift card
- Two-night Hyatt Regency Bellevue stay
- $100 The Bellevue Collection gift card
- Round-trip Bellevue Airport Shuttle service for one
Alaska Airlines:
One (1) $500 Alaska Airlines gift card. The gift card is subject to Alaska Airlines’ applicable gift card terms, conditions, restrictions, expiration policies, and other requirements, if any.
The $500 gift card does not constitute a guarantee that the entire cost of the winner’s airfare will be covered. Any airfare, fees, taxes, baggage charges, seat-selection fees, upgrades, transportation costs, or other expenses exceeding the value of the gift card are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Hyatt Regency Bellevue:
One (1) two-night stay at Hyatt Regency Bellevue, subject to availability, applicable blackout dates, advance reservation requirements, expiration dates, and any other restrictions imposed by Hyatt Regency Bellevue.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the hotel prize covers only the accommodations specifically provided as part of the prize. The winner is solely responsible for all incidental and additional expenses, including but not limited to additional nights, room upgrades, room service, food and beverages, parking, gratuities, resort, destination, or facility fees (if applicable), damage to the hotel room or property, telephone or entertainment charges, and any other charges incurred during the stay.
A valid credit or debit card may be required by the hotel at check-in for incidental charges.
The Bellevue Collection:
One (1) $100 gift card to The Bellevue Collection, subject to the applicable terms, restrictions, and conditions of the gift card issuer.
Bellevue Airport Shuttle:
One (1) round-trip Bellevue Airport Shuttle service for one (1) person, subject to availability, advance reservation requirements, operating schedules, service-area limitations, and applicable provider policies.
The shuttle prize is limited to the transportation specifically identified by the provider. Additional passengers, additional stops, gratuities, upgrades, excess baggage costs, alternate destinations, schedule changes, or other services are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise expressly provided.
5. PRIZE CONDITIONS
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1300.00.
Actual retail value may vary based on hotel rates, travel dates, availability, and other factors. No difference between the stated ARV and actual value will be awarded.
Except where otherwise required by law:
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned or sold.
- No cash substitution or cash redemption will be provided by Sponsor.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
- Each prize component is subject to the rules, restrictions, availability, expiration dates, blackout dates, and policies of the applicable prize provider.
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift cards, certificates, or vouchers will not be replaced by Sponsor except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Sponsor does not guarantee the availability of any particular hotel dates, flights, shuttle times, or other travel arrangements.
The winner is solely responsible for coordinating and completing any required reservations within the deadlines specified by the applicable prize provider.
Failure to use any portion of the prize before its expiration date, if applicable, will result in forfeiture of that portion of the prize without compensation or substitution.
6. TRAVEL AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Except for those items expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize, all travel-related and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to airfare exceeding the $500 Alaska Airlines gift card, baggage fees, seat-selection fees, airline upgrades, airport parking, meals and beverages, gratuities, hotel incidentals, additional transportation, travel insurance, entertainment, personal expenses, and any other expenses not expressly described as included.
The winner is solely responsible for obtaining all identification and documentation necessary for travel.
Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, hotel availability, or any other travel-related event outside their reasonable control.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place on or about December 16, 2026.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility of entries, and selection of the winner are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number provided in connection with the Sweepstakes entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, along with any additional documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor, within five (5) days after notification.
Sponsor may also require proof of age, residency, identity, or other information necessary to verify eligibility.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, fails to execute and return required documents, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
The potential winner is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed to Sponsor’s satisfaction.
9. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of the prize.
Sponsor will comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements and may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other documentation before awarding the prize.
Where required by law, the winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the reportable value of the prize.
10. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Parties, together with their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries, causes of action, or proceedings arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize; travel undertaken in connection with the prize; participation in any prize-related activity; personal injury, death, or property damage; violation of these Official Rules; violation of any applicable law; or infringement or violation of the rights of any third party.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or corrupted entries; technical failures of any kind; malfunctioning computers, servers, networks, software, websites, email systems, telecommunications equipment, or internet connections; interrupted or unavailable network, server, internet, website, or other connections; errors in Sweepstakes-related materials; unauthorized human intervention; incorrect or inaccurate information; electronic communications that are undeliverable because of spam filters, privacy settings, inactive accounts, or other circumstances; travel delays, cancellations, weather conditions, acts of God, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties; or injury or damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer, mobile device, or other property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants waive any right to claim punitive, consequential, special, incidental, indirect, or exemplary damages.
12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information in connection with the Sweepstakes and its promotion in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, in its discretion, award the prize by random drawing from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event giving rise to the termination.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. PRIVACY AND EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Visit Bellevue Washington’s applicable privacy practices.
Entry into the Sweepstakes requires subscription to Visit Bellevue’s Aspire newsletter and successful completion of the double opt-in process.
Participants may subsequently manage their email preferences or unsubscribe in accordance with the unsubscribe instructions included in Aspire communications. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been completed will not, by itself, invalidate an otherwise eligible entry unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Official Rules.
15. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Any such dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in King County, Washington, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English before a single arbitrator, and judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and entrants regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede any prior or contemporaneous representations, communications, or understandings regarding the Sweepstakes.
In the event of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control.
18. WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following conclusion of the Sweepstakes to:
